it seems that my Photoshop 7 won't work anymore... >_< i've tried to re-setup but it still doesn't work... 
so i set up another program, yeah... corel.
this is my first work on photopaint. the bg was made by me on PS times ago, and used to be the background of my Kaitou Sinbad CG [link]
i only add the lens flare effect, color balance, and some spray in photopaint.
maybe i'll edit it someday.
